David Lieu

Chief Operating Officer

David Lieu is the Chief Operating Officer for SCH Services, Inc., supporting all Sullivan Cotter Holdings, Inc. subsidiaries. He has over 20 years of experience in managing consulting, corporate development and strategy, and executive leadership. David is skilled in driving global strategy and has successfully built high-performance teams and developed strong collaborative partnerships internally and externally.

A key member of the executive leadership team, David plays a pivotal role in driving and advancing our strategic vision, organizational values, and ensuring operational effectiveness. He works across all firm functions to combine strategic and business plans with our business operating system, operating model, and organizational structure.

His responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the management team in setting, driving, and implementing organizational vision, strategy, and operational delivery.
  • Driving company results from both an operational and financial perspective by working closely with the management team.
  • Being a leading catalyst for technology-driven growth, strategic expansion, and employee empowerment.
  • Designing, supporting, and overseeing cross-functional teams throughout the firm to support specific campaigns and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Cultivating strategic partnerships with clients, channel partners, business partners and associates to increase the scope of service offerings and new products.
  • Serving as a strategic advisor, providing guidance and direction to operations leaders managing client relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Effectively collaborating with commercial and finance teams on contract negotiations, terms, and conditions.
  • Translating strategy into actionable steps, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School.
