Ashley Duba is the Controller for SullivanCotter Shared Services. She is skilled at improving efficiency and financial accuracy, reducing costs, streamlining workflows, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ashley is experienced in selecting and implementing ERP solutions, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, developing processes and controls, and minimizing closing times.

Ashley helps to deliver the greatest value for our clients and our associates by ensuring that proper internal controls are in place to help maintain the firm’s day-to-day operations and advance organizational goals.

Her experience includes:

• Providing comprehensive financial analysis and background to assist leadership in complex decision-making.
• Implementing process improvements to strengthen internal controls, improve financial reporting, and support compliance.
• Working cross-functionally with operational leaders to help solve complex business issues and drive organizational efficiency.
• Preparing financial modeling, simulations, and scenario planning for potential acquisitions and other development opportunities.
• Assisting with the development of firm-wide financial policies and procedures designed to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

Previously, Ashley was the controller for several large agricultural companies in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Her earlier experience includes accounting management. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan.
