Demand for APPs, as well as an increase in salaries for this group, continues to rise. The 2020 Advanced Practice Provider Compensation and Pay Practices Survey provides the tools to systematically track and benchmark changes in this area, which in turn helps organizations in managing strategic and financial planning for continued growth and success.

More than 685 health systems, hospitals and physician group practices participated in the survey, submitting data for certified anesthesiologist assistants, certified nurse midwives, CRNAs, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, with data effective January 1, 2020.
