Chief Human Resources Officer

Sue Roeser is the Chief Human Resources Officer for SCH Services. Leveraging more than 20 years of knowledge and experience in driving process and efficiency improvements, she is a results-oriented professional responsible for directing the organization’s HR strategy and change management initiatives from ideation through to implementation.

As a proven leader well-skilled in applying her expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex business issues, Sue specializes in ensuring HR operation integration through all phases of an associate’s career to enhance their experience and support the firm’s commitment to fostering a supportive and positive workplace culture.

Sue’s experience includes:

  • Leading shared services and operations to optimize human resources functions and support organizational growth and strategy
  • Developing engagement programs and onboarding models to enhance talent management, organizational culture and performance
  • Recruiting, developing and retaining a multi-disciplinary workforce to help address increasingly diverse needs
  • Partnering with IT to implement a strategic roadmap designed to modernize HR systems, technology solutions and analytics
  • Building career development pathways to support associate advancement

Prior to assuming her role at SC Services, Sue spent many years in key leadership and operational roles at one of the Twin Cities’ largest health systems.

Sue received her Master of Business Administration from Walden University and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans.
