PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage the flow of projects within the Innovations Group using the Growth Team Plan as the schematic as a guide for ensuring the projects progress forward.
  • Coordinate data integration efforts between the Innovations Growth Team and other teams.
  • Serve as a critical advisor to the other Executive Workforce Practice Growth Teams in educating them about the Innovations Growth Team and learning what resources we can provide to the Executive Workforce Practice growth teams.
  • Work with the Survey and Employee Workforce on integrating the SullivanCotter Performance Database with the MEC and converting the database into a consultant-accessible tool.
  • Provide project management expertise on client-billable performance consulting engagements.
  • Provide performance consulting services to clients as a client-facing Consultant.
  • Assist team members in providing education and training to Executive Workforce associates about the SullivanCotter Performance Database.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Five to ten years of progressively responsible consulting and business-related experience required, involving data analysis, financial modeling, program design or compensation program administration.
  • Demonstrated industry expertise by keeping abreast of research, new regulatory developments, techniques and innovations.
  • Experience working within a consulting, compensation or health care-related firm is required; leadership experience is preferred.
  • Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Basic programming experience or experience working with analytic software is a plus.
  • Certified Compensation or Benefits Professional designation preferred.
  • Role model problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and the ability to:
    • Visualize and articulate a high level of complex problems and concepts, recognize patterns in complex sets of data and develop practical models.
    • Analyze and interpret data using advanced modeling techniques.
    • Anticipate challenges, identify alternate solutions, and drive the removal of obstacles impeding project or team progress.
    • Apply statistical methods to analyze and resolve complex business and technical problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, writing, verbal and presentation skills are required, including the ability to:
    • Foster an open and effective channel of communication with Clients and across teams and provide constructive feedback that helps junior Associates develop skills and experiences.
    • Make clear and convincing oral presentations that demonstrate the understanding of the audience and the subject matter.
    • Successfully tailor communications to the audience, as appropriate.
    • Effectively present facts, analysis, and conclusions or solutions in a way that demonstrates command of content, factors in perspectives and interests of the audience.
    • Write concise project communications, documents and presentations with an appropriate level of technical detail and complexity.
  • Excellent project management, organizational skills and ability to manage and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Reflected below is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

  • $119,111 – $161,150
