The Manager – Strategic Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that support SullivanCotter’s business strategy and help it achieve its growth goals.


  • Serve as the primary Marketing point of contact to lead and develop practice-level marketing strategy and integrated, multi-dimensional marketing campaigns for SullivanCotter business entities.
  • Engage directly with Practice leaders to identify and refine target segments and deliver key marketing projects and client-facing interactions.
  • Partner with the Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) to coordinate timely and effective development and deployment of marketing content and deliverables (e.g., digital content, virtual programs, support in-person events/conferences, etc.).
  • Ensure organization-wide brand guidelines, quality standards and processes are followed.
  • Support organization-wide consistency and strategy alignment.
  • Monitor and effectively manage budgets to meet strategic project objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business communications or mass communications. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum relevant marketing experience with demonstrated skills in external B2B marketing:
    • Lead: 4+ years
    • Senior Lead Level: 6+ years
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in developing multi-touch, multi-dimensional marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, virtual and in-person events, and marketing collateral development.
  • Advanced technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in health care marketing in the consulting industry is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to articulate clear expectations and direction.

Reflected below is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

  • $100,567 – $150,850
