National APC Advisory Council Meeting

Please join us for this First annual event!

This seminar brings together advanced practice clinician (APC) leaders from around the country to focus on the evolving role of the APC, and gives organizations the opportunity to learn from their peers, discuss best practices and examine key trends in the APC workforce.

This meeting will also feature information on APC compensation, utilization, engagement and leadership structure data from SullivanCotter's proprietary survey collection.

Facilitated by SullivanCotter, the Advisory Council meeting will provide an opportunity for in-depth discussion and group dialogue on the following topics:

  • Compensation
  • APC leadership structures and survey data
  • Utilization and productivity
  • Team-based care models

Both executive and senior leaders responsible for the management and operation of the APC workforce. More than one person from each organization is welcome and encouraged to attend.

What is the NAtional APC advisory council?

SullivanCotter's National APC Advisory Council focuses on the emerging role of the advanced practice clinician. It guides the development of tools, solutions, data collection and other resources needed by leaders to assess and optimize the APC workforce.

SullivanCotter provides vital information and advice to help integrate, optimize and engage the APC workforce—one of the fastest growing segments of the health care workforce.

We work closely with clients to assess clinical operations and develop enhanced models of care, leadership structures, engagement strategies and supporting compensation programs to ensure that APCs work efficiently and effectively.

We bring a data-driven approach combined with clinical and operations experience to provide benchmarking, business case development and ongoing measurement to assess outcomes.
