Kim Mobley to speak at Children’s Hospital Association’s Executive Dialogue meeting

Kim Mobley, Managing Principal, will lead a session entitled 'Strategic Physician Compensation Design' at the Children's Hospital Association's Executive Dialogue meeting. The presentation will address changes in the physician labor market, an evolving reimbursement and regulatory environment and how flexible total rewards strategies must be considered in the physician compensation strategy and design process. It will also cover trends in pediatric pay practices and address challenges faced by academic medical centers in regards to physician compensation.
