What is the NAtional APC advisory council?
SullivanCotter's National APC Advisory Council focuses on the emerging role of the advanced practice clinician. It guides the development of tools, solutions, data collection and other resources needed by leaders to assess and optimize the APC workforce.
SullivanCotter provides vital information and advice to help integrate, optimize and engage the APC workforce—one of the fastest growing segments of the health care workforce.
We work closely with clients to assess clinical operations and develop enhanced models of care, leadership structures, engagement strategies and supporting compensation programs to ensure that APCs work efficiently and effectively.
We bring a data-driven approach combined with clinical and operations experience to provide benchmarking, business case development and ongoing measurement to assess outcomes.
