WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Both executive and senior leaders responsible for the management and operation of the APP workforce. More than one person from each organization is welcome and encouraged to attend.
What is the NAtional APP advisory council?
SullivanCotter's National APP Advisory Council focuses on the emerging role of the advanced practice clinician. It guides the development of tools, solutions, data collection and other resources needed by leaders to assess and optimize the APP workforce.
SullivanCotter provides vital information and advice to help integrate, optimize and engage the APP workforce—one of the fastest growing segments of the health care workforce.
We work closely with clients to assess clinical operations and develop enhanced models of care, leadership structures, engagement strategies and supporting compensation programs to ensure that APPs work efficiently and effectively.
We bring a data-driven approach combined with clinical and operations experience to provide benchmarking, business case development and ongoing measurement to assess outcomes.
