Kristina Hudson is Employee Workforce Client Delivery Team Leader at SullivanCotter and a member of the Employee Workforce Practice. With 10 years of compensation consulting experience, Kristina has advised both for-profit companies and not-for-profit organizations, such as associations, foundations and health care organizations. Her deep understanding of total rewards for the whole workforce equips her to help organizations design strategies that attract and retain top talent in all roles.
Kristina’s experience includes:
- Facilitating discussions with key leaders to develop comprehensive total rewards philosophies and strategies to provide fair and competitive compensation to all levels of the workforce.
- Designing and modeling compensation programs that align with organizational goals, including base salary, bonuses, other short-term incentives, pay-for-performance, pay premiums and ad hoc rewards.
- Structuring competitive compensation arrangements to acquire talent from for-profit industries to fill unique roles in not-for-profit organizations.
- Developing talent architecture and career progressions to improve the structure and process for managing key people strategies.
- Implementing job leveling initiatives that result in aligning titles, roles, compensation and benefits, as well as streamlining talent acquisition and compensation administration.
- Developing change implementation approaches and compensation governance to enhance overall rewards effectiveness, efficiency and compliance.
- Evaluating fair market value and reasonableness of executive and advanced practice provider total compensation.
Prior to joining the Firm, Kristina was a compensation and rewards consultant with a global human resources consulting firm.
Kristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Saint Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, and a Master of Arts in industrial organizational psychology from the University of New Haven in Connecticut.
