Physician Affiliation and Needs Assessments Practice Leader

Aimee Greeter is a Principal and the PANA Growth Team Leader at SullivanCotter in the Physician Workforce Practice. As a consultant advising clients in the health care industry for over 14 years, Aimee works with private physician practices, community health systems and academic medical centers in the U.S. that are undergoing significant change. She provides strategic planning, physician affiliation and pay equity advisory services.

Aimee’s experience includes:

  • Designing strategies to align health systems with their physicians and advanced practice providers and implementing initiatives that support quality care outcomes, cost efficiencies, integrated team care delivery and patient-centered operations.
  • Facilitating boards and executive teams in the development of strategic plans to achieve goals such as innovation, growth, market sustainability, business model evolution, care delivery transformation and service line expansion.
  • Conducting clinical service line reviews and physician needs assessments to help health organizations build practices and keep pace with their communities’ needs and the ever-changing industry.
  • Providing analysis and advice on merger and acquisition activities, including due diligence, pre-transaction planning and negotiation, deal structure, implementation and integration.
  • Leading pay and career equity initiatives with organizations looking to improve fairness, transparency and advancement for all people regardless of gender identity, race and ethnic background.

Before joining SullivanCotter, Aimee held senior leadership roles at a boutique health care consulting group.

Aimee is a frequent industry author and national speaker on topics of crisis leadership, health care transactions and provider engagement. She is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Aimee received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. Her Master of Public Health degree is from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
