Tom Albanesi to Participate in American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) Webinar

The American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) will host a 90 minute webinar featuring Tom Albanesi, Principal at SullivanCotter. The session is entitled "The Impact of Value-Based Reimbursement on Physician Compensation and Fair Market Value", and will focus on how physician compensation is evolving as a result of quality and value payment methodologies, as well as evaluating the impact of each on fair market value assessments. The panelists will also discuss recent changes to the Civil Monetary Penalties Law and CMS’ recent solicitation for comments regarding the impact of the Stark law on health care delivery and payment reform.
