Tim Reed to present at AHLA’s Health Care Transactions Program

Tim Reed, Principal, will present at the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) annual Health Care Transactions Program in Nashville, TN. 

His presentation is entitled "Establishing Commercial Reasonableness in an Unreasonable Market" and includes an overview of commercial reasonableness, a discussion of who owns the determination, examples of regulatory interpretations, and understanding commercial reasonableness from the perspective of conducting transactions.
