Tim Cotter and Kathy Hastings to Speak at the AHA’s Center for Healthcare Governance 2016 Winter Symposium

Managing Director Tim Cotter, along with Managing Principal Kathy Hastings, will lead a session on executive compensation at this year's Center for Healthcare Governance Winter Symposium in Phoenix, AZ. The session is entitled 'Aligning Executive Compensation in Today's Health Care Organizations' and will address best practices in executive compensation, including goal selection and metric calibration to align pay with performance, good governance practices to mitigate risk, and choosing appropriate peer comparison data to support the compensation-decision making process. It will also provide insight on the growing influence of for-profit pay practices on not-for-profit executive pay and compensation strategies.
