ACHE | 2020 Congress on Healthcare Leadership

Trish Anen, Principal and APP Workforce Practice Leader will be presenting alongside Stanford Health Care at the American College of Healthcare Executive's 2020 Congress on Healthcare Leadership. The presentation is entitled "The Invisible Workforce Becomes Visible: A Leading Health's System's Story", which explores how Stanford Health Care developed a comprehensive advanced practice provider (APP) workforce strategy to integrate, optimize and engage this underutilized and almost invisible workforce as key members of the provider team. As organizations expand their APP workforce, the model Stanford developed can serve as a roadmap for the future of APPs and the key role they play in transforming care delivery.
