Katherine Falco leads the Performance Analytics and Advisory Services team at SullivanCotter. With more than 10 years of health care consulting and analytics experience, Katherine aids organizations in the evaluation and assessment of performance measures spanning the care continuum to help drive organizational and leadership performance results over time.

Katherine’s experience includes:

• Working with boards, executives and physician leaders to set targets and identify key performance indicators for leaders and the workforce that will drive sustainable change and desired performance.
• Supporting data-driven development of compensation philosophy to ensure that performance metrics are tied to the organization’s strategic goals and reflect the desired competitive position with the market.
• Optimizing internal data assets, as well as managing a variety of external public data sources, to maintain a robust database and perform comprehensive analytics for clients.
• Designing long- and short-term incentive plans focused on incremental, sustainable improvement within hospitals and health systems.
• Facilitating effective communication between functional (quality, strategy, finance and operations) and clinical departments to promote the development of integrated strategies that drive results.

Prior to joining SullivanCotter, Katherine held key positions at Sg2, an industry authority on health care trends, strategic insights and market analytics.

Katherine has a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Chicago in Illinois. She also has earned a Master of Science in molecular and integrative physiology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
