Aida Valkauskas is the Senior Vice President of Finance at SCH Services. With over 15 years of finance and accounting experience, Aida oversees the strategic financial management, as well as the day-to-day financial operations for the firm. She provides financial counsel to the organization’s executive team to drive growth and efficiency that benefits the firm, its associates and its clients.

Aida’s experience includes:

• Developing and executing the financial strategy of the firm ensuring disciplined financial management, thoughtful investments and informed decision-making.
• Managing financial policies and procedures to provide efficient use of resources and access to vital information to drive business performance.
• Implementing business processes with continuous improvements to streamline financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and business management.

Prior to joining the organization, Aida held internal accounting and financial analyst positions in the financial services industry.

Aida received her Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Walsh College in Detroit, Michigan. She is currently completing her Master of Business Administration at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
