Jeffrey Sinnett
Vice President, Corporate Development
Jeffrey Sinnett is the Vice President, Corporate Development for SCH Services, Inc., supporting all Sullivan Cotter Holdings, Inc. subsidiaries. He is an experienced senior private equity investment professional with expertise in negotiating and executing a range of transactions.
Jeffrey is responsible for delivering value to the business through partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. He assists in shaping the organization’s culture and growth trajectory, and financial performance.
Drawing upon his experience, Jeffrey is responsible for:
- Developing and executing the evaluation, financial and operational strategy for partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Identifying markets and technologies that complement the overall partnership and M&A strategy and translating this into specified targets.
- Gathering, refining, and completing market research and strategic fit analyses to provide important information regarding risks and opportunities for upcoming and ongoing M&A activities.
- Working with the business leadership of prospecting businesses in supporting the management and execution of the partnership, merger or acquisition process throughout the transaction life cycle.
- Leading the preparation of valuation models following the business’ partnerships and M&A standards and performing key analyses, including return on investment capital (ROIC), accretion and dilution analyses, comparable firm analysis, discounted cash flow analyses, and risk assessments.
- Planning and implementing a negotiation strategy and leading the negotiations with stakeholders.
- Creating and managing strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function support required and developing the necessary budgets, policies and procedures to support project outcomes.
Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
