Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in Talent Management and People Analytics at Accenture, Marriott, Hewlett-Packard and Capital One.
Shekar holds an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering (India). He is also SHRM-SCP certified and is a frequent conference speaker and has been featured in leading industry publications.
