With more than 20 years of experience, he leverages a rare combination of entrepreneurial vision, multifaceted health care industry experience, and operational discipline to strengthen market alignment, focus closely on evolving client needs, and develop solutions to help organizations navigate and increasingly complex health care and not-for-profit landscape.
Devin’s experience includes:
- Listening to market needs, building meaningful partnerships across the enterprise, and translating strategy into measurable outcomes to deliver forward-looking solutions.
- Scaling commercial organizations across health care technology, life sciences, health care insurance benefits, pharmacy services, physician practices, and more.
- Aligning innovation with evolving client needs to help organizations address workforce shortages, regulatory complexity, evolving care models, and increasing performance expectations.
- Helping to navigate growth across the enterprise in a way that drives greater value for clients.
Prior to joining SullivanCotter, Devin serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Skyscape.
Devin holds a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University, a Master of Science from National Lewis University, and executive certificates from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
He also serves as a board member and consultant to CEOs and executive teams on commercialization and growth strategy – highlighting his commitment to mission-driven health care innovation.
