Christina Miller

Principal

Christina Miller is a Principal at SullivanCotter as part of the Workforce Analytics & Rewards practice. With more than 15 years of experience in compensation consulting and leadership roles within the health care industry and beyond, Christina has partnered with both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations nationwide to lead complex pay, performance and organizational design initiatives.

Having led executive, provider and broad-based employee compensation strategy, she has unique insight into developing and implementing programs for the entire health care workforce.

Christina’s experience includes:

  • Supporting HR, boards and executive leadership in the development of enterprise-wide rewards philosophies and programs aligned with an organization’s mission and key strategies.
  • Designing workforce compensation strategies, including base salary, bonuses, premium pay and pay-for-performance programs that support business operations and align with budgets, investments and long-term objectives.
  • Developing and delivering simple, transparent compensation program and incentive plan training and communications for leaders and employees.
  • Merger and acquisition compensation integration, including due diligence activities, job analysis and mapping, and harmonization of titles, job descriptions, policies and pay plans.
  • Improving HR practices and delivery models through the implementation of technology-driven solutions such as Workday, Payfactors and ServiceNow.

Prior to joining the firm, Christina led the compensation function for two large, not-for-profit health care systems based in Ohio.

Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications from The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
