- Designing incentive programs and retention arrangements to align executives with the achievement of short- and long-term priorities that drive organizational success on a balanced scorecard of financial, quality, patient experience, and other priority metrics.
- Supporting integration activities as mergers and acquisitions are consummated to ensure that the resulting compensation programs are aligned across the enterprise and include appropriate transition strategies.
- Establishing governance processes so that executive and physician compensation programs receive the proper degree of board oversight, enabling an organization to manage risks and align pay as its strategies and requirements evolve.
In addition to client work, Bruce leads SullivanCotter’s Executive Workforce Services Practice, where he is responsible for the Practice’s strategy, growth, and performance, ensuring that it provides high-value advisory services, data, and other intellectual capital that meet clients’ current and future needs and enhances our associates’ experience.
