Sean Butler

Director of Client Experience

Sean Butler is the Director of Client Experience at SullivanCotter. Sean is an experienced consulting leader with nearly 25 years of facilitating the delivery of high-quality HR products and services to clients and developing long-term relationships. He is also a team coach and mentor on topics such as consulting acumen, client experience, as well as workplace diversity and inclusion.

Sean’s experience includes:

  • Working with organizations’ leaders to leverage industry insights, proprietary data and innovative workforce strategies in ways that drive performance in their organizations.
  • Advising professional service teams as they develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s situation and business strategy so that the relationship, advice and resources delivered by SullivanCotter help the client organization achieve its goals.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the present and future challenges in the health care industry to ensure that the firm’s products and services are delivered with a client-centered focus and an innovative edge.
  • Integrating services offered by SullivanCotter to ensure clients receive comprehensive advice to advance the delivery of excellent patient experiences, quality care and cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring high levels of ongoing client satisfaction by leading a process of gathering excellence criteria, monitoring feedback and tracking service delivery performance.

Prior to joining SullivanCotter, Sean held a variety of roles at a global human resources consulting firm. Most recently he was senior director of client management.

Sean earned a Bachelor of Science in actuarial science at Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri.
