Andy Kasischke is the Controller at SCH Services. As an accounting professional with more than 13 years of experience in audit, finance and operations within both large corporate and small office environments, he has strong technical expertise that helps to support both the measurement and achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives.

Andy works with leadership to ensure that proper internal controls are in place in order to help maintain the firm’s day-to-day operations, advance organizational goals, and deliver the greatest value for our clients and our associates.

His experience includes:

• Providing comprehensive financial analysis and background to assist leadership in complex decision-making.
• Implementing process improvements to strengthen internal controls, improve financial reporting, and support compliance.
• Working cross-functionally with operational leaders to help solve complex business issues and drive organizational efficiency.
• Preparing financial modeling, simulations, and scenario planning for potential acquisitions and other development opportunities.
• Assisting with the development of firm-wide financial policies and procedures designed to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

Previously, Andy was the International Controller at a materials manufacturing and engineering company headquartered in Detroit, Michigan. Prior to this, he served as a financial audit manager at a large public accounting firm.

Andy received his Master of Science in Accounting from Michigan State University.
