The Technical Business Systems Analyst will join our IT Agile Delivery Team. In this role, you will assist with analyzing business issues, define requirements, recommend automated system controls and protocols to solve organizational information issues, test product functionality and support client delivery. Having a keen sense of curiosity will help someone excel in this position.


  • Support product team on client delivery and implementations.
  • Determine operational objectives, gather information, and evaluate output requirements.
  • Work closely with the product owner to analyze, define, model, and document system requirements.
  • Document requirements in various forms including but not limited to functional specifications, diagram flows, user stories, user guides, etc.
  • Identify project milestones, phases, and elements, and keep the team within the timeline and budget.
  • Participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
  • Assist the product manager and product owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications.
  • Identify pain points and business challenges to make recommendations on process improvements.
  • Design and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on business requirements.
  • Test software to ensure functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications are followed.
  • Create and edit automated system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
  • Create end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials).
  • Triage production support issues to determine system changes, fixes, and end-user communications.
  • Participate in product and report releases.
  • Exercise independent judgment and take the lead role on an enterprise-level project with minimal direction.
  • Effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus-building skills, and interact with executive-level project sponsors.


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with gathering system requirements, analyzing data and software testing.
  • Working knowledge on Azure DevOps, Tableau and SQL.
  • Advanced technical knowledge and experience working with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience in data quality control.
  • Experience documenting complex solutions and diagramming workflows such as with Visio; experience with Lucid Chart and flow diagrams is preferred.
  • Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations; powerpoint is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with ETL concepts and processes.
  • BA or BS with a technical and business focus OR equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of the health care industry is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.


  • Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language and respond to client and/or consultant inquiries.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to successfully assist with complex project deliverables in a very driven and changing organization.

Reflected below is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

  • $65,773 – $109,621
