PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducts data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions. Captures, develops, and documents data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements. Creates and produces forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc. Interprets data, analyzes results, and provides insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities. Develops reports and deliverables for management and communicates with all levels of stakeholders. Identifies and defines both process and data improvements. Ensures compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis.


Specific responsibilities under the direction and supervision of the Sr Manager, Data/Reporting Analytics include:


  • Questionnaire development and design.
  • Providing input into business requirements for survey tools and processes.
  • Data collection, cleaning, analysis and reporting.
  • Report production including layout, table and graph generation, writing, proofing and editing.
  • Serve as contact for clients and survey respondents with questions about survey data, process, etc.
  • Assist with the development of new surveys or metrics, as required.
  • Test survey programming and monitor participation and reporting for custom surveys in Qualtrics.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with consulting practice members to collaborate on survey design, content and reporting to ensure deliverables meet the needs of consultants, participants and clients.
  • Contribute to articles and marketing materials for client and prospect distribution as well as for posting to the SullivanCotter Website through detailed research of our various data assets.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for efficiencies with day-to-day survey operations by leveraging software and programming solutions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • BA or BS, with emphasis in statistical research, mathematics or programming. MBA or master’s degree in relevant areas is a plus.
  • Requires 10+ years of relevant experience in the areas of statistical research and data analysis with demonstrable analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SPSS. Basic programming experience to include SQL, Python or R is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the health care industry is preferred.
