Understanding the concept of marketing channels and being able to plan, create and measure marketing channel effectiveness for our technology products will be instrumental to the success of this role.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop marketing strategies that create brand awareness around SullivanCotter’s technology products (Benchmarks360™, PPMT™, WI360, and PNA).
  • Work together with SullivanCotter’s technology product leaders to create and measure lead generating marketing campaigns.
  • Using market information and client feedback, help develop an overarching, effective product architecture, brand architecture, and marketing strategy for technology products alongside SullivanCotter’s Marketing Director and Chief Information Officer.
  • Understand SullivanCotter’s technology products and services and effectively communicate the unique value they bring to the market collectively and individually.
  • Lead the development of product value propositions, product positioning and messaging to differentiate SullivanCotter’s technology products in the health care market.
  • Work in small multidisciplinary teams to create and promote product-specific marketing content and sales tools that demonstrate product value to both potential and current clients.
  • Stay informed of trends and activities within the health care market; conduct research on competing technology products, and monitor for clinical developments and changes to the payer landscape that may impact SullivanCotter’s IT products (Benchmarks360™, PPMT™, WI360 and PNA).
  • Understand and stay current on digital marketing strategies and trends to help guide decision-making related to marketing initiatives.
  • Define, measure and report metrics for each product to understand the effectiveness of each marketing effort.
  • Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience working in the health care, medical device, or biopharmaceutical industry with demonstrated experience delivering innovative technology solutions through product development.
  • Must have prior technology product experience with a product mindset that understands product lifecycles, product capability maps, product roadmaps and other important artifacts needed to drive product strategy.
  • Must be able to create an overall product marketing strategy and be able to plan, drive and measure that strategy across individual product teams.
  • Ability to understand the features and benefits of a technology product and clearly describe how it delivers value to the end-user.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.
  • Experience in developing, promoting, and implementing brand strategies in the B2B space.
  • Skilled at developing channel and go-to-market strategies to engage potential and existing clients and gain a competitive advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, driving ideas from concept to completion through superior organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
