Understanding the concept of marketing channels and being able to plan, create and measure marketing channel effectiveness for our technology products will be instrumental to the success of this role.


  • Collaborate with SullivanCotter’s marketing director and various business leaders to create, execute, and measure lead generating digital marketing campaigns and track marketing effectiveness all the way through the sale close process.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends in the health care and health care technology field to formulate the digital strategy and guide the decision making of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Understand SullivanCotter’s services and technology products in order to describe the unique value they bring to the market collectively and individually. Understanding our competitor trends, strategies and digital footprint will be critical.
  • Proactively plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies that create more brand awareness and support evolution of SullivanCotter’s technology products and services; serve as the main source of digital marketing knowledge and strategy formulation.
  • Identify, analyze and interpret digital performance/analytics data on an ongoing basis.
  • Set strategies to understand trends and create actionable plans to continually optimize lead generation and maximize conversions based on a deep understanding of business goals, site metrics, digital best practices, customer segmentation, marketing channels and competitive landscape.
  • Leverage existing internal and external resources to plan and execute content calendars and paid ad campaigns on social media channels, ensuring a blend of content that effectively represents SullivanCotter’s brand.
  • Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.
  • Website
    • Manage SullivanCotter’s website by adding new content, optimizing pages for readability and SEO, and updating pages as needed on WordPress.
    • Analyze page traffic and site users and report findings to firm leaders.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions on the website.
    • Manage and maintain website HTML, JavaScript and other front-end technologies to integrate with common search engines and platforms to drive targeted traffic to our technology products.
    • Create strategy for effective website design, meta tagging and search API integration for high performing digital lead generation.
  • SEO
    • Understand and manage search engine, social media and email platforms to engage, measure and evolve effective digital marketing campaigns.
    • Campaign planning, setup, execution, management and reporting.
    • Audience/keyword/search term research.
    • Weekly account optimizations.
    • Negative keyword management.
    • Conversion optimization.


  • 5-7 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or other related field required, MBA preferred.
  • Preferred experience in marketing health care or technology products.
  • Experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including: organic and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social.
  • Experience using tools such as: Google Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio), Tableau (or similar visualization tool), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with Google AdWords or other paid search platforms.
  • Experience managing and analyzing social media accounts for effective campaign management including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Experience working in WordPress or other website building tools.
  • Expertise in HTML, JavaScript and other front-end web technologies.


  • Ability to create effective data visualizations and reports from analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Data-centric approach to marketing with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in project and time management; Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work well independently with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with demonstrated effectiveness at cross-functional collaboration and ability to drive execution.

  • Strong digital marketing and lead generation expertise, including substantial experience with search engine marketing, social media marketing, retargeting/remarketing, and other paid channels.
