The Data Services Operations Analyst partners with business and technical teams in in helping to create dashboards and reports and acts as a shared services support Analyst. In addition, this position supports the Data Services team with data pulls, aggregating data and dashboard reports. This position reports into the Senior Director, The Center for Information, Analytics and Insights (CIAI).

Specific responsibilities under the direction and supervision of the Senior Director, CIAI include:

  • Partnering and supporting multiple areas within our firm, such as accounting and finance, marketing, and Human Resources.
  • Analyze and resolve business operations issues and needs.
  • Provide quality control to business operations.
  • Evaluate results within business units to determine if organizational objectives are being met.
  • Conducts complex, important work under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment.


    • BA or BS in finance, data analytics, research or a related field.
    • Knowledge of the health care industry is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking, excellent written and oral communication and strong organizational skills are necessary.


      • Ability to identify areas of improvement and implement efficiencies for continuous improvement.
      • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
      • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to successfully assist with complex project deliverables in a very driven and changing organization.
      • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to articulate clear expectations and direction.
      • Demonstrated ownership of assigned tasks and dedication and perseverance to getting the job done.
      • Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing needs.
      • Confidence and ability to work independently.
      • Exceptional client service orientation. Client facing experience is preferred.
      • Attention to detail.
      • Ability to multi-task in a virtual and matrixed team-based environment.
      • Ability to lead and develop teams, driving engagement and enabling team members to maximize their potential.
