PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with maintaining and updating the contact enterprise information system including data accuracy, data entry and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with key individuals on Marketing, Finance, and Survey teams to manage and address requests related to client and prospect organizations or contacts in database.
  • Through internet research and online database tools, gather and analyze data to update client/prospect database.
  • Work with team members to clean up and organize contact management database.
  • Assist with data analysis, extract and analyze data, identifying insights, and summarizing and presenting findings.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Three years of experience in data analytics and data management. Marketing data management and data analytics a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing analytics or a technology related degree from an accredited vocational school with prior database management/analytics experience.
  • Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel (i.e., VLOOKUP, PivotTables and Conditional Formatting). Strong technical skills in Access is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to:
    • Gather, analyze and organize data using a logical and systematic process.
    • Ascertain relevant and irrelevant data when conducting analytical work.
    • Visualize and articulate problems and concepts in a systematic manner.
    • Identify obstacles impeding research or project progression.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
