HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Association Communications and Content Development

  • Manage the Large Clinic® Core Teams (LCCT) role in the quarterly member newsletter:
    • In partnership with the LCCT and Marketing team, coordinate on a process to manage quarterly newsletter, identify topics for inclusion in newsletter and project manage process to ensure timely delivery of newsletter to LCG membership
    • Draft substantive content for the newsletter with LCCT and then support the Marketing team in its finalization of deliverables and distribution to members
    • Field questions and follow ups from Large Clinic Group (LCG) members in response to newsletter
  • Develop / support marketing content specific to Large Clinic® membership, including but not limited to:
    • Quarterly placemat development
    • Quarterly member newsletter articles/summaries
    • Mini survey results
    • Maintain Large Clinic® Group Overview deck; update as needed
    • Identify other marketing content opportunities
  • Liaison to Marketing team on all Large Clinic® Group specific activities identified throughout performance year

Association Membership Activities

    • Participate in the annual Large Clinic® Conference (LCC). Support the LCCT on presentation development related to the LCC and work closely with Marketing team to ensure final deliverables are professional and meet firm quality standards
    • Project manage efforts related to quarterly LCG ‘lunch and learns’ / webinars (both client and SullivanCotter led), including: working with speakers on presentation materials, where needed, assist LCCT in identification of topics, work with SullivanCotter associates on presentation development, ensure presentations are completed and meet established deadlines, and coordinate webinars with LCCT and Marketing team
    • Review all LCG communications and current content. Lead efforts on enhancing deliverables and identifying new communication opportunities with ITBU. Edit all final draft content for LCCT
    • Review and enhance annual membership scorecard Excel file and coordinate interview efforts with LCG administrative support
    • Coordinate with CIAI on survey communications including launch materials and reminder emails
    • Lead internal CRM communications on Large Clinic® activities (quarterly or bi-annually)
    • Partner with the Large Clinic® Member Advisory Board (MAB) team on development agenda and materials for meetings
    • Support the research team members in developing research content, including survey tool development, report development, summarizing feedback from research participants
    • Establish deadlines related to project goals, ensure team is aware of key milestone dates, and communicates issues related to staying on schedule
      • Maintain Large Clinic member contact list (organizations, trial members, and contacts) used for various communication efforts

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE POSITION

      • Bachelor’s degree required
      • 3+ years of experience within the health care industry
      • 3+ years of relevant experience in communications
      • Demonstrated skills and experience in content creation including presentations, papers, social media posts, speaking proposals, various types of collateral and talking points
      • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with senior leadership and functional team leaders to assess communications needs that support member engagement and defined objectives
      • Strong listening skills with a proven ability to accurately assess issues and create solutions
      • Broad knowledge of market practices and consulting experience in physician and/or advanced practice provider services
      • Progressive leadership accountability and people management experience
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively along vertical and horizontal planes internally and in client organizations
      • Exceptional editorial skills, attentive to message, brand and style standards
      • Ability to collaborate with marketing and facilitate achievement of organizational initiatives and activities
      • Ability to foster collaborative and professional relationships with associates across the firm Strong project management skills with the ability to track and manage various team projects and initiatives including management of project plans and timelines
