The Implementation Manager II sits within the Technology and Research business unit within SullivanCotter and is located in the Minneapolis office. In this role, you will perform post-sale product configuration as part of completing implementations. In addition, you will consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, business objectives and goals and translate those into product build. This role is not tied to a sales incentive plan based on individual and/or team results. Career-development professional within field.

  • Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
  • Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of completing implementation project and ongoing client support.
  • Will consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients’ business objectives and goals.
  • Possess and maintain a high level of industry specific business knowledge by remaining current with emerging products and technical updates.
  • Translate client business requirements into product rules.
  • Build client reference tables.
  • Train client on product functionality.
  • Validate / test product UI and data calculations.
  • Provide client support.
  • Participate in product and report releases.
  • Position requires on call and some weekend and after-hours commitment.


  • A minimum of 4 years related experience in product and implementations.
  • Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of the health-care industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, manage time and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
