EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5+ years in an HR Business Partner or Senior Generalist role, work experience in a professional services industry is a plus.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in related field/industry. Master’s degree a plus.
  • Experience understanding strategic organizational issues and influencing change.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different business units and functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies.
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
  • Consulting and coaching experience to improve leadership capability, team effectiveness, strategic insight, and business performance.
  • Experience in developing change management strategies to support organization talent management programs and initiatives.
  • Experience in assisting in the development of integrated learning and development programs and performance management to attract, develop, engage and retain talent.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and maintain an intimate understanding of the enterprise organization, the markets and clients it serves that will support the HRBP’s advisory capabilities to the business.
  • Build productive working relationships at all levels of the business sector.
  • Work closely with business leaders and workforce managers to build and enhance organizational and people capabilities that will sustain and build the business growth objectives.
  • Work with business leaders to lead organization design projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles and/or processes that create speed and efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands.
  • Working with the business and managers, assess workforce performance systematically, defining talent gaps and proposing HR solutions that support business objectives.
  • Coach business leaders on key organizational and management issues.
  • Administer implementation of HR lifecycle approach to talent management focused on forecasting staffing, onboarding, development, performance management, career/succession planning, talent movement and retention, and leveraging workforce analytics and insights.
  • Assist with talent acquisition to acquire and retain top talent and built talent pipeline for future needs.
  • Support all HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives including, but not limited to, employee relations, organizational development and learning, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition and total rewards.
  • Assist with the development of thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention.
  • Assist with the assessment and development of training and development needs based on business strategy in order to help close the gaps between current and future skill sets.
  • Ad hoc program design or management responsibilities for enterprise related HR projects as needed, and under the direction of the CHRO.
