Works collaboratively with the Human Resources team and all internal associates to support the initiatives of the firm. The qualified individual will be responsible for the following:

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for the execution and support of HR strategies and initiatives to build and maintain a strong organizational culture in partnership with the firm including, but not limited to: streamlining HR functions, enhancing workforce retention, overseeing performance management and termination processes, managing risk, ensuring compliance regulations, employee relations, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition and total rewards.
  • Ad hoc program design or management responsibilities for enterprise-related HR projects as needed, and under the direction of the CHRO.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 7+ years with progressively responsible experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment. Work experience in a professional services industry is a plus.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field/industry. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience understanding strategic organizational issues and influencing change.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different business units and functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies.
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
  • Consulting and coaching experience to improve leadership capability, team effectiveness, strategic insight and business performance.
  • Experience in developing change management strategies to support organization talent management programs and initiatives.
