PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in all phases when conducting various surveys including data collection, in-depth data cleaning and analyses using traditional and advanced methods. Running key statistics and analysis as directed by the senior members of the team.
  • Aid with the design and development of new and existing survey questionnaires or metrics, testing of SullivanCotter Client Portal, and marketing materials as required.
  • Aggregate and transform data to meet the needs of efficient data analysis and reporting.
  • Utilize statistical software to analyze large data sets.
  • Assist in report production including writing syntax to generate tables and graphs, proofing and editing.
  • Will provide high-touch support to internal and external clients and survey respondents with regards to survey data and process.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • BA or BS, with emphasis in statistical research, research methodology or mathematics.
  • A minimum of 1 year of related experience in statistical, survey or data analysis.
  • Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and statistical software. Basic programming experience including VBA, SQL, and Python a plus.
  • Knowledge of the health care industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, manage time and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Must be comfortable interfacing within the business.
