PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participates in client implementation tasks and partners across practices to facilitate end-to-end data integration activities including data collection, validation and cleansing, integration, and reporting, and related ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Supports SullivanCotter’s compensation data acquisition governance process and maintaining integrity of data.
  • Follows service level agreements related to loading and maintaining client data files.
  • Consults with external clients, prospective clients, and internal stakeholders on best practices related to client configuration of model rules and data modeling.
  • Participates in the application design, architecture and functional specification for technology solutions.
  • Works with stakeholders to determine and organize program rollout priorities and implementation plans.
  • Participates in evaluating design, system enhancements, and on-going maintenance activities.
  • Participates in QA Testing, User Acceptance Testing, internal and external training.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources or a related function within a hospital or health system or 3+ years of experience working within a corporate compensation function or compensation consulting practice required.
  • Familiarity with job evaluations, salary surveys, market pricing and salary range analysis a plus.
  • Experience working within a corporate compensation function or compensation practices a plus.
  • Experience in Workday, PeopleSoft/Oracle and SAP HRIS systems a plus.
  • Experience and knowledge of HR programs, processes, HR data management, workforce planning and Career Frameworks.
  • Ability to clean and process data into the system with adequate speed and accuracy.
  • Understanding, sensitivity, and constant commitment to the strict confidentiality and security of client data.
  • Ability to use Excel and be able to write complex functions such as: pivot tables, lookup formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP), logical formulas (or, if, and, iserror), conditional formatting, and numerous other excel functions. Ability to use Visual Basic to develop macros is a plus.
  • Ability to summarize data for stakeholders in a simple and concise manner through visualization software
  • Demonstrates ability to be resourceful and investigative.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet set deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language, and respond to client and/or survey respondent inquiries.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
